New additions to the list: Can we accompany them with link AND casualty numbers? Some reports are getting way up in the thousands, and that's pretty significant on its own. |

I feed the birds year around, this winter i have noticed i do not have any black birds/crows. Usually in the winter they come in a heard chasing the smaller birds off and steal their food. This year i have not seen a single one. Also i have noticed in the last 2 weeks i have very few birds coming up to eat and usually when i feed them ( 4-5 pm) they can't wait for me to get it out, but not in the last 2 weeks. There is food left over the next day, which is very odd for my gang of birds .The suet cake also, i just changed it today, but i put it out in October and it usually only last 3 weeks tops. After seeing/hearing about the falling birds and dead fish it is making me wonder.I am in central Missouri, about 250 miles from New Madrid. Any one else notice any of this? |

Imo there are so many variables that can cause some of these anomalies... I kind of think some of the phenomenom relates to the massive Wireless networks that have come online since early 2000. |

Doubtful that Corexit is the cause outside of the Gulf region. |

So moving on to N1H5, Im not too sure of the order of its designation,(N1H5 or N5H1) this bug has a mortality rate of...... here it comes.... around 68%... thats right, it will kill 68% of people that come into contact with it...but ...theres more bad news... this little monster takes around 7-10 days of pure agony to finally finish off its victim! And, yes, do your research, its all there just look for it.. the point is... that as of today, the Japanese authorities are now testing 26 dead birds, the most likely vectors, for this bug, so I seriously suggest that you all keep a very close watch for any further news on this development, 68% is a number that scares the absolute crap out of me, can you imagine what this planet would be like with 68% less people on it and all within less than maybe just 2 months!! when you hear of an outbreak, just stay at home, do not have any contact with other people and learn what barrier nursing techniques are, it might go some way to keeping yourself alive. sorry to be scary, but this all verifyable fact. |

Come on you guys, someone tried to argue with me last night on this one. Read the link. It is believed this is maliciousness against these pelicans by humans, and they are looking to arrest. There may be other cases, but this is not birds just dropping out of the sky to unknown causes. Not really. |
