Regarding the above post of the news report of haarp showing up on radar as tying into the bird deaths, I stumbled across this old 1999 posting which is suggesting exactly these possibilities. The first paragraph RE: radar and near the end, RE: birds:

"The project's environmental-impact statement notes that the site "lies within the Copper River Basin, which is one of Alaska's more important migration corridors" for birds, which could be fried by flying through HAARP's 10-megahertz beams."
