In the US only truck drivers (commercial drivers) are required to have a driver's license. That's why the dl was originally created. All others are traveling in their personal conveyance.

You're not driving unless you're a commercial vehicle. Thus do not need a license.

Or so the freeman states. I wouldn't want to have to try and get the courts to agree.

Lets see how many of you fucktards have the stones, mental capacity, and reading comprehension skills to read and understand the following.

[link to www.svpvril.com]

The bottom line and short version is :

If you do not have a drivers license ( not Revoked or Suspended, needs to be rescinded) in the US AND have the MSO and bill of sale to your vehicle ( NOT a Certificate of Title) as long as you are not driving in a commercial capacity ( like pizza delivery, for instance) a contract to perform to the letters a drivers license binds you to does not exist. And there IS no implied consent.

The key is the Title and the drivers license. By having a certificate of Title the title is clouded and the State has a majority ownership interest in your vehicle. THATS how they can compel you at law to have car insurance, LMFAO you are insuring the States property. Sure as long as you play by their rules by participating in their widdle criminal enterprise you , at face, enjoy all the benefits of ownership, however legally???

You are fucked.

IDIOTS.

The above link deals with the title aspect. Read it.

Shane doesn't want to play by the same rules as the rest of his society has agreed upon.

Who agreed to have fines imposed upon us? Not the majority of Aussies. The people who think they have the right to force control upon us did. this is what Shane is taking a stand against, tptb's belief that they have the right to restrict us.
Good luck Shane. Unfortunately you will be the most intelligent person in the court room. They will be unable to understand your arguments.

If you contest your fine, you will find yourself in front of
'the man in the black robes', who will have a large book in
front of him. This book will describe the laws as they are
in the region/country you live in....and as they pertain to
your particular situation. The judge is likely to base his
decision on the 'laws of the land' as described in the book,
NOT necessarily by *your* interpretation of them.
If you become argumentative about the matter, you are very
liable to find yourself sharing a jail-cell with 'Bruno',
a large hulking brute who's been incarcerated for some time
and who is very lonely - and HORNY!!! Have fun! rofl

Of course not. You are free to walk or ride a bicycle anywhere you wish with no license or insurance required.

When you are operating a motor vehicle, society has deemed that licensing is required in order to ensure that those driving are not a danger to others (i.e. you don't get a license if you fail the test, have a medical condition, or are suspended for drunk driving, etc.) Why is that so hard for some people to grasp?

Re: I have been fined for not having a drivers licence.. this will be fun
A license is a PRIVILEGE, and a PRIVILEGE is permission to do something against or beyond the course of the law (see Black's). However, the simple exercise of one's At Law right to travel is not, and never was, against or beyond the course of law.

"Personal liberty, or the right of the enjoyment of life and liberty, is one of the fundamental or natural rights, which has been protected by its inclusion as a guarantee in the various constitutions, which is not derived from or dependent on the U.S. Constitution, and which may not be submitted to a vote and may not depend on the outcome of an election. It is one of the most sacred and valuable rights, as sacred as the right to private property...and is regarded as inalienable." 16 C.J.S., Constitutional Law, Sec. 202, p. 987.

"Personal liberty largely consists of THE RIGHT OF LOCOMOTION - to go where and when one pleases - only so far restrained as the rights of others may make it necessary for the welfare of all other citizens. The right of the citizen TO TRAVEL UPON THE PUBLIC HIGHWAYS and to transport his property thereon, by horsedrawn carriage, wagon OR AUTOMOBILE, IS NOT A MERE PRIVILEGE which may be permitted or prohibited at will, BUT A COMMON RIGHT which he has under his right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Under this constitutional guarantee one may, therefore, under normal conditions, travel at his inclination along the public highways or in public places, and while conducting himself in an orderly and decent manner, neither interfering with, nor disturbing another's rights, he will be protected, not only in his person, but in his safe conduct." 11 Am. Jur. 1st, Constitutional Law, Sec. 329, p. 1135.

WARNING!!!

"Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which could abrogate them." Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 491.

"If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten or intimidate any citizen in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same...they shall be fined not more than $10,000, or imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both..." Title 18, United States Code, Section 241.

"Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation or custom, willfully subjects any inhabitant of any State, territory or district to the deprivation of any rights, privileges or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution of laws of the United States...shall be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned not more than one year, or both..." My friend's dad used to take "tags" or "plates" (the word you're looking for - not license), got busted a few times but surprisingly nothing serious in regards to punishment.

Hope you have a clean-ish record, take pics of the bolts in the plate holder, or put ones in and then take pics, tell them you have no reason to take the plates off, would be illogical for you to take them off, that you didn't realize the tags were taken and that, "your honor, i'm requesting a warning for failure to inspect my vehicle before operating it".

Good luck. Should be easy. Don't need to pay $1k for a lawyer to speak for 5 mins you are right about that.

If I had a real bitch it wouldn't be with licensing drivers , but in making them pay for it. Yes, a drivers proficiency should be checked, for obvious reasons.

And another thing, mandatory insurance laws.

I've been paying the cocksuckers for 30 years and never had an accident.

I believe at the end the year , if you haven't been in an accident you should get a full refund. I also believe insurance should be handled directly by the state government.
What a revolutionary idea! Fairness.

And seat belt laws, don't get me started.

It's all a bunch of bloodsuckers with the proboscis in our back pockets.

You know, the lad has a point, but I will take the other side on this issue just due to public safety as I think it is just sensible to have proficiency tests to keep the idiots off the road.
Not that they do the best job with that, but it is hazardous enough travelling about, so I do adhere to the safety laws myself, like not drinking and driving, and seatbelts and speed (generally).
But do think there are some really stupid ACTS regarding rules of the road.
They are all ACTS and STATUTES by the way and not technically LAWS, they just have the COLOR OF LAW.
If one violates one of the said rules, where then is the harm, the corpus delecti?

Some things that are obviously stupid do need to be challenged just to keep the courts and enforcement officers from taking excessive liberties and just using the said rules as a cash cow, which they tend to do at times (quite unjustly).

Yesterdy I was headed to Tractor Supply and this tabby cat ran out into the road and I ran over it.

So I stopped and this lady came out the house screamin bloddy murder.I told her I was sorry but the cat ran out into the road. She was wailing.

I felt bad so I offered her 50 bucks for a new cat and she went nuts and demanded 200 dollars. I wasn't about to give her that.

Then a city cop stopped and I explained the situation, and the bastard wrote ME a ticket.

That will teach you to continue driving after passing over voluntary speed bumps.
It was only a cat. hiding

Well, no it was NOT only a cat, it was part of someone's family.

But side issue, definitely the guy should have been given a ticket for running over a cat that ran in front of his car. Obviously he didn't mean to kill the cat.

And I would have lost all respect for anyone demanding 200 dollars from a driver who accidently runs over their cat, that tells me they don't really care about their cat.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1216947

Get real, it was just a cat (too bloody many of them around, and I like cats by the way) and should have been sensible enough not to become a voluntary speedbump, the fact that it did means that it was too stupid to avoid it and should be replaced with a more intelligent pet.
That is obviously a ticket to challenge.
What was the ticket for anyway, specifically?

DRIVING is a commercial activity, using public roads for profit in transportation of cargo or passengers.

I would post the Federal Code which defines "driving" and "motor vehicle" but the average north american is so ignorant to legal definitions it would not matter.

Traveling, in a car, on the road, while not engaging in for profit "driving" does not and never has required a "license".

Anyone who says it does is a mother fucking liar.

Of course, the attorneys, lower court judges ignore that fact because the vast majority of US Citizens know more about "Dancing with the Stars" then they do about the fucking law of the land.

I have been pulled over for a breath test only once in that time.

They checked the car registration, which was politically correct, but they never asked for my drivers licence.

But now.. I get pulled over for not having a licence plate on my car.

My Dad says that someone must have pinched it because the screws are still there.

T.P.T.B are now ready to 'go' me.

1) I have a common law right to travel.

2) I have a constitutional tright to travel.

OP has no licence to drive.
That does NOT mean he lacks ability to drive.
You have no license to cut open dogs and besides that you´re not capable of doing so.
Your comparison is therefor void, irrelevant.

It is the other way around actually: a driver´s licence is just a licence to kill, because then you´re "allowed" to make huge mistakes and hurt others!
There is crime in killing and hurting another being, there is no crime in having no papers.
TPTB fail huge here by mixing two different things and suppress us with that.

Bout that cat: it should be the other way around; the driver should sue the catowner who brough him in danger with hthe cat walking in font of his wheels.

OP I´d like to give you all the colourflowers of a nice smelling summermeadow!
