You are right of course. Good luck. hope you get an honest judge. I know you have rescinded all contracts, so you should be good to go. I do not consent. rken

There will be no judge.

These people will not meet me in open court.

They know who has given me the skills to fight them in court.

This will be fought out some other way.

Re: I have been fined for not having a drivers licence.. this will be fun
The country you live in has laws. If you don't like them your recourse is to vote in a government that will change them, buy your own private island, or move to a country that has no laws. It has already been explained that vehicle licensing does not infringe your "right" to travel, since a personal vehicle is not required in order to do so. You can walk, bike, take a bus/train or hire a taxi among other options that do not require a license.

I've already won "on the blogs".

Get back to us with how you do in the courtroom.

"The country you live in has laws."

Yes.. I can quote them for you..

Its called the constitution!

The "laws" you are referrong to are actually called "statutes"..

Statutes are NOT LAWS!!

ANY statute.. that contradicts a constitutional right..is a NULL law..

IT DOES NOT EXIST!
 Quoting: ShaneCMuir

Everything you have posted on this post is true. The issue you are going to have is this matter will not be held "in a court of law" but in a court of "statute".

If you contract with the court of statute, you are done.

Remember, the police are one branch of the government. The courts are another. Contracting with the court via the appearance there IS the contract with the police.

When you appear, you form another contract with the court.

You better control your "appearance" or you are done. There are many who have done it, you better find them before you make your magic "appearance" as a defendant.

I have not had a drivers licence for about 3 years..

I have been pulled over for a breath test only once in that time.

They checked the car registration, which was politically correct, but they never asked for my drivers licence.

But now.. I get pulled over for not having a licence plate on my car.

My Dad says that someone must have pinched it because the screws are still there.

T.P.T.B are now ready to 'go' me.

1) I have a common law right to travel.

2) I have a constitutional tright to travel.
(section 92 of the the Aust. Constitution)

3) I have no contract with the State Government.

I will not hire a lawyer.

The 'bar' is a monopoly organisation.

This will be fun.

I don't have a license because I was caught driving without insurance (unawares) and if I were caught driving without my license I'd be hauled straight to jail! So this is why I don't drive anymore. Not until I can get my license back.

So in my eyes... you have it made!
 Quoting: Juniper from Jupiter

Your statements are somewhat contradictory. You say you were pulled over because of missing license plates (so obviously you were driving? Or was it your father/brother/sister/ghost?)
Fact is: Driving a car without a drivers licence makes you a criminal. So just don't to it. Walk, fly, creep, ride a camel... but don't drive.

I say you are full of bluster. All cocky and full of yourself.

I bet you won't actually hire a lawyer and fight the case with the paid attorney.

You chose to misinterpret one law, while ignoring a whole passel of other laws.

I have done what you are only talking about and, unlike most FWEEMEN on DA WAND guys, I have learned the hard way.

You are not prepared, biased on your posts.

For example, did you sign the ticket the cops gave you?

Did you give your Date of Birth for them to make out the ticket?

How about a domestic residential address, did you give them that?

I know you did, because that is the only way you could have only gotten a ticket, not a ride to jail.

You are done, son, so, when you are done learning you know enough to get you in trouble, let us know.

You are neck deep in a maritime commercial contract, you have identified your "self" as being willing to contract and submit, you are on the ships register, with a ticket to board and you are sunk.

Yet, they did stop you from traveling, hum, go figure.

Like I already posted, you are going on a cruise on the commercial ship, you got your ticked and boarding pass, you will cross the ships railing when your name is called.

You will be brought before the ships captain and try to argue law of the land while you are at sea, and you will lose. Why?

BECAUSE THE LAW OF THE SEA CONTROLS THE COURT OF STATUTE.

man here in pa if you want to be on the road you need 5 things. you need a current license, a registered car in your name, current insurance policy, and your car has to be able to pass an inspection and an emission's test. the inspection is so nobody can be on the road with a piece shit thats falling apart and the inspection and emissions is a yearly thing.
