Bullshit, a ticket to a person cannot be written without those things. They cannot just put a name on a ticket and serve you with it.
You are a liar. What the hell is a "fixed" address, meaning you gave a fake one?
Did they just hand you a ticket, with no information but a court date?
If so, why would you even show up to court?
I think you are not telling the truth, no citation can be issued without that information, I know, I personally have written hundreds of them.
