if one could prove to the courts that travel by automobile is not a privilege but a necessity in todays standards.

Definition for privilege
- restricted right or benefit: an advantage, right, or benefit that is not available to everyone
- rights and advantages enjoyed by elite: the rights and advantages enjoyed by a relatively small group of people, usua…
- special honor: a special treat or honor
 Quoting: Nailer45

Definitely a necessity if they want the wheels of the economy to keep turning.
The only ones it could be considered a privilege for are those who just drive around for the fun of it.
There are long distances and heavy weights to be moved and I am not going to schlep that around on foot or in a barrow.
I do tile and stone work.
Truck is necessity or stone does not get installed.

My friend's dad used to take "tags" or "plates" (the word you're looking for - not license), got busted a few times but surprisingly nothing serious in regards to punishment.

Hope you have a clean-ish record, take pics of the bolts in the plate holder, or put ones in and then take pics, tell them you have no reason to take the plates off, would be illogical for you to take them off, that you didn't realize the tags were taken and that, "your honor, i'm requesting a warning for failure to inspect my vehicle before operating it".

Good luck. Should be easy. Don't need to pay $1k for a lawyer to speak for 5 mins you are right about that.

Hello,

Who would steal plates off a car and then put the screws back in . . . ?

When you are operating a motor vehicle, society has deemed that licensing is required in order to ensure that those driving are not a danger to others
(i.e. you don't get a license if you fail the test, have a medical condition, or are suspended for drunk driving, etc.) Why is that so hard for some people to grasp?

Don't like it? Buy your own island or move to Somalia and I'm sure no-one there will mind you driving around without a license.

I have not had a drivers licence for about 3 years..

I have been pulled over for a breath test only once in that time.

They checked the car registration, which was politically correct, but they never asked for my drivers licence.

But now.. I get pulled over for not having a licence plate on my car.

My Dad says that someone must have pinched it because the screws are still there.

T.P.T.B are now ready to 'go' me.

1) I have a common law right to travel.

2) I have a constitutional tright to travel.

3) I have no contract with the State Government.

Good for you!! I've been without a "re-newed" license for 7 years now. Been stopped once. Gave them my copy-right notice which was refused. I was asked for different ID documentation. Handed him my baptismal certificate. He grabbed it with obvious delight on his face. I was given 2 charges. It was then that I became all too aware that the "church" (baptismal certificate) and "state" (driver's license) have NEVER, EVER separated. I am now in the process of obtaining a Common-Law ID card.

For example, did you sign the ticket the cops gave you?

No

Did you give your Date of Birth for them to make out the ticket?

No

How about a domestic residential address, did you give them that?

No.. No Fixed Address.

I know you did, because that is the only way you could have only gotten a ticket, not a ride to jail.

FOUR No answers.

You must be talking shit I guess.

You had license plates on your car, which must have been stolen, so this shows you'll jump through that hoop and abide by that statute but not the driver's license statute? And as the driver of a motor vehicle, you refused to identify yourself (no name, DoB, address) and you were just given a traffic citation? Either there is more to this story such as a trip to jail pending your identification or you are full of bsflag.

Glad to hear that you didn't tell them about the 0 (zero) thing or else you'd have been committed and deprived us of this insanity.

I think the first thing you need to do is check exactly who has been charged. If indeed your name is Shane Muir, you need to check the spelling of your clan name 'Muir' on the charges papers. I'll bet it's spelled MUIR - with all capital letters. In any proper English grammar instruction book you'll NEVER find any example of when a proper noun/name should be spelled in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. ALL CAPITAL LETTERS can only be used for acronyms and corporations. You are neither. Sadly, this takes literally years to get your head wrapped around this fuckin "word" game. Are you a "person", an "owner" or "anyone?" If you answer "yes" to any of those definitions, you are agreeing that you are "Her Majesty the Queen" or a "corporation," Don't believe me? Check here!!

[link to laws.justice.gc.ca]

then go to the interpretation se3ction - [link to laws.justice.gc.ca]

Then go to “every one”, “person” and “owner” and check the official "definition." You won't believe your eyes!!!

“every one”, “person” and “owner”, and similar expressions, include Her Majesty and an organization;

In case you do not know - the word/s "include/includes" according to any "Law Dictionary" means to EXCLUDE all else. This info will take the majority of people months and months, if not years, to comprehend. It took me 10 years to understand that I am not JANE MARY DOE, nor am I DOE, Jane Mary. Your live birth record will most likely not be of any help either. Why not? Because your mother was instructed to record your Surname in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. I know, because I was one of those mothers!!

Every god damn statute/act/code/rule/regulation etc.m, is directed to:

person/s

To find the definition of the word "person/s" you must first go to the statute/act etc., under which you are being "charged" to find the definition. If you cannot find that definition under the particular act/statute you're being charged, you must then go to the state/provincial statute laws and look under the "Interpretation Act" and look under the "Definition" section to find the definition for the word "person/s." Still can't find it? Then you must go to the federal law (be it Canadian or American) and look up the Interpretation Act and find the definition for "person/s, anyone/owner" and your socks will be blown off!

[link to web2.gov.mb.ca]

Scroll down to section 17 and see the definition for "person."

Now go to the Department of Justice (Federal Government) under the Criminal Code of Canada and see what it says about "person"

Ooops!! You won't find the word "person" under Person. You have to go to

[link to laws.justice.gc.ca]

Under the words:

“every one”, “person” and “owner”

These terms are defined as:

include Her Majesty and an organization;

So there you go. If you dare to admit you're a "person" you are admitting you are either "Her Majesty" or you're admitting to be an organization/corporation.

Don't believe me? Look them up and go to any official Law Dictionary. You'll soon find the language of Legalese is NOT the same as street/and or proper English grammar language.

Bullshit, a ticket to a person cannot be written without those things. They cannot just put a name on a ticket and serve you with it.

You are a liar. What the hell is a "fixed" address, meaning you gave a fake one?

Did they just hand you a ticket, with no information but a court date?

If so, why would you even show up to court?

I think you are not telling the truth, no citation can be issued without that information, I know, I personally have written hundreds of them.

You are American.

Perhaps some things are different there.

I did not sign anything.

I did not give my date of birth.

The country you live in has laws. If you don't like them your recourse is to vote in a government that will change them, buy your own private island, or move to a country that has no laws. It has already been explained that vehicle licensing does not infringe your "right" to travel, since a personal vehicle is not required in order to do so. You can walk, bike, take a bus/train or hire a taxi among other options that do not require a license.

I've already won "on the blogs".

Get back to us with how you do in the courtroom.

"The country you live in has laws."

Yes.. I can quote them for you..

Its called the constitution!

The "laws" you are referrong to are actually called "statutes"..

Statutes are NOT LAWS!!

ANY statute.. that contradicts a constitutional right..is a NULL law..

IT DOES NOT EXIST!
 Quoting: ShaneCMuir

But they will still enforce them by putting you in handcuffs and locking you in a box.

The sheople are claiming that being licenced keeps the dangerous assholes and unroadworthy vehicles off the road.

Not true. Only the honest, law abiding citizens renew their licences each year and pay to keep their car in good shape.

The assholes, criminals and fuckwits of society drive around unlicenced, in dangerous ways, in dangerously unmaintained cars. They get away with it all the time. Once they have enough charges against them to put them in jail, they merely run away and keep doing the same thing in another part of the country.

Mr Good Citizen is the only one who is fined for forgetting his wallet therefore not being able to produce his legal licence when pulled over by the pigs, forced to repair minor things to renew his rego, and pays outrageous amounts for driving 1 or 2 kms over the speed limit.

In the US only truck drivers (commercial drivers) are required to have a driver's license. That's why the dl was originally created. All others are traveling in their personal conveyance.

You're not driving unless you're a commercial vehicle. Thus do not need a license.

Or so the freeman states. I wouldn't want to have to try and get the courts to agree.

Mental Health and Delusional Disorder

Delusional disorder, previously called paranoid disorder, is a type of serious mental illness called a "psychosis" in which a person cannot tell what is real from what is imagined. The main feature of this disorder is the presence of delusions, which are unshakable beliefs in something untrue. People with delusional disorder experience non-bizarre delusions, which involve situations that could occur in real life, such as being followed, poisoned, deceived, conspired against, or loved from a distance. These delusions usually involve the misinterpretation of perceptions or experiences. In reality, however, the situations are either not true at all or highly exaggerated.

Have you watched this video before Shane?

Bursting the Bubbles of Government Deception by Robert Menard.

[link to www.youtube.com]

He says that laws are longwinded and contain lots of big words to confuse us, so that we cannot argue back. He advises us to learn the laws, and use the same wording to confuse them instead.

His main tactic though is to ask a government department to explain the law to him. If they cannot fully explain the meaning of certain paragraphs, or laws, why should he have to follow them, if not only he cannot understand them, but neither can the people employed to administer them.

It will give you some good ideas of how to play with them. There is a section on traffic laws, based on Canadian laws. You would have to cross reference with our own ones.
