The Fish Kill in the Chesapeake Bay I understand I lived there.

Right now I'm guessing but my money is on temperature inversion in most cases.

The Bay is something I know very well My Heart is part of the Bay and I watch is very carefully. These beaches are ones I have walked on.

I have seen fish die like this before, you see the bay is shallow and for a body of water the temperature can change relatively quickly.

The gulf stream doesn't effect the upper bay where this happened it is more influenced by the Susquehanna River.Chesapeake Bay watershed goes from mid Virginia to southern Pennsylvania to Ohio.
