Have you noticed how the media is trying their hardest to down-play this phenomenon? Even though the biologists haven't even completed their studies or come close to figuring out the causes of these die-offs, the mainstream media is already finding shills to come out and give their premature opinion that this is all very "normal" and everybody just needs to shut up and go back to sleep.

Google News has wall to wall "go back to sleep" propaganda on this subject from MSM sources, or hit-pieces that ridicule people who show any hint of curiosity about this global die-off phenomenon.

There's a general pattern of blindness to God in the modern world.

I don't think it's God at all, it's all Man's doing. God is more loving then this.

Jay, have you considered that if indeed there is anything abnormal about the die-offs, the boys in the Lubyanka might have something to do with it? You know, fulfilling prophecies in order to create chaos, panic, diversionary speculation, idiots of us all, would be just like them. Don't you think? That's not to say that the die-offs aren't completely normal, which they might be, or that they're biblical, which also might be the case. I have a wait-and-see attitude on this, but thanks for posting the pertinent passages.

Increasingly, I'm gravitating toward the notion put forth by Saint Augustine, "The Triumph of God’s Sovereign Good Will":

In general the logic is that God's will is "good" whereas as man's will is up to man. Where man has ill will, God makes use of this toward good which is ultimately loving toward His creatures.

In this regard, Putin and company are a source of incredibly ill will, but it is being used to "chastise" and correct the West for its ongoing sinfulness and selfishness. BTW, when I think of sin I think of a disobedient or dismissive attitude of creatures toward their Creator.

Hence, the anti-Christian features of the West are literally to be undone by the Antichrist of the East as contra-dictory as this may seem.

As for other creatures and natural phenomenon, these are more subject to God's will than the far more free-willed creature of Man. No?

I'm still thinking on this score, so your suggestions are welcome.

Nevertheless, given this approach, if birds and fish are dying subject to "natural phenomenon" this could still well be per God's will in order to provide a warning to us. As you'll see from my related post to this thread, a crow provided me a distinct omen and prescient warning about great change in my life. I have to believe God willed this creature to do this on my behalf, and I'm thankful for God providing such a signal so I know what happened was per His will. In as such, I was not fearful and accepted what occurred as necessary in my life path.

The same sort of phenomenon may be happening here with regard to us all.

I don't think the bird/fish kills are by Russian design and it is far more likely this is God at work trying to give us a prescient heads up. Already we've seen the Tucson shooting which in and of itself may be God's way of preparing America for the far greater trials and tribulations ahead. After all, we are a house divided and this is part of our undoing to come. God is seeking to inspire a return to cohesion and internal good will so we have a chance for what's next.

Stock markets around the world are rolling over from psychologically important thousand marks, e.g., NYSE 8K, FTSE 6K, DAX 7K, CAC 4K, etc., etc., so the Grand Supercycle crash wave and WW3 may come next. I pray otherwise, but with Lebanon about to go (STL Hariri investigation indictments) and Korea about to go (winter freeze facilitates an NK invasion of SK), I can only but wonder if TSHTF in the coming days and weeks.

I hope my way of thinking is starting to come across to someone in this ill-fated world, but up to now I've been completely alone in seeing things as I do.

The bible didnt predict technology, nor did it predict dinosaurs dying out, nor did it predict Y2K. The bible condones slavery, and mass genocide. dont believe me? read it and dont cherry pick it.

Didnt the bible mention Jesus' second coming? He hasnt come back, if he was ever here to begin with. How convenient to pick up on the dead fish and birds, but not the most important matter. Birds died out because of fireworks or magnetic changes, the bible never mentioned any of that. The bible said something about seas turning to blood, fish dying because of human negligence wasnt even mentioned.

Just as at the end the Lord will unleash his wrath onto the world, he states that he doesn't appoint us to wrath, but rather salvation.

What I'm saying is the Lord knows what he must do and knows he has to destroy the world, but it isn't to end there, it's for us to gain salvation and everlasting life.

Read the 10 commandments and then tell me how that condones mass genocide?
