The only relation I can see so far is the world is going crazy... Well the "world" (or reality) you mean is manipulated, the world isn't going crazy, WE are going crazy. Anyway, if the part of the de-population program is true, then it seems to me that it is logical that an expert (maybe a whistleblower) in biological and chemical weapons gets killed so he can't talk about the plans. Maybe they are TESTING it on animals before they use it on humans. and if thats not the case then they can use these mass bird/fish deaths as a sign of doom (polar shifting or something) to create a mass panic under people. They are manipulating true fear 100's of years now, and with succes! When they make a plan they always make sure that it will benefit them in 10 ways. |

According to the aforementioned WhatDoesItMean article, Wheeler knew exactly what was happening, and determined to keep this dangerous chemical weapon from being used on the battlefield in Afghanistan, marched straight to Washington D.C. to raise hell with the powers-that-be. That got him "marked", and soon after, he was dead.
