Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1222600The point is not the act the point is the political reaction to the act. The shooting in Az is being used by both parties to restrict even more rights, and hold the American whole responsible for the terrible actions of one. This event spun the media spin machine into a veritable feeding frenzy, neglecting all other crucial and pertinent issues. I wonder how many other 'uses' they will find for this travesty. Who owns what..this question is readily answered now; there can be no doubt that the media is the political ally, and in this case it is ally to both parties. |

The entire Bill of rights is standing in the way of progress in this country. You righties need to give up and accept the constitution is too old and confusing to be relevant anymore. People like the OP care so much about this country, he realizes what must be done. The constitution needs to be replaced by something that Obama can actually create some progress. The first step is silencing the nutcases on the right so cancel the 1st, then disarming those loonies, getting rid of the 2nd before they can hurt someone else. People of the left unite and denounce the constitution, use this event as a rallying cry! |

Ruby Ridge, Waco, and many others. Face it, when someone opposes democrates, they have no problem enforcing thier will via violence. (whitewater ring a bell). |
