Under current laws, municipal regulators are permitted to enter premises on suspicion that a homeowner is illegally growing marijuana -- and even if no pot is found, they can levy the fines anyway. Anonymous Coward User ID: 1085869 Canada 01/13/2011 01:18 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | "Documents released to The Province under freedom of information law show Mission has drawn $1.43 million in revenue from Public Safety Inspection Team searches since 2008. From 2008 to 2010, there were 362 searches. In 177 cases, residents were found in contravention of the bylaw. Additionally, there were 98 RCMP grow-op inspections. Including both RCMP and PSIT searches, inspection fees of $5,200 were levied 275 times. Mission says its inspection program is revenue neutral, and paid back its startup costs by Dec. 31, 2009. Fees include funding for the RCMP, who monitor searches from the sidelines. Critics such as Gowanlock claim Mission’s inspection funding scheme amounts to a “cash grab.”" There is the real reason behind this. They got too greedy though and pissed off a bunch of non-potgrowing taxpaying citizens, who will rightfully run their asses through a litigation wringer. |

In 2010 I dug up a small area of my yard to plant radishes & onions, my crazy neighbor climbed up on my "privacy" fence & ask what I was doing, I said, Why?." She said, "Because the area you dug up is the size of a grave!". I did not bother to answer that crazy neighbor who thinks she is high society, but I wish I had ask her if she wanted to clime in!!! |

Changed her light, don't you think that is strange!" I also heard that previously she had commented to neighbors about me having a light on all night. I wonder if this noisy neighbor is looking for some drugs to smoke??? None here! Now I went outside & looked & I could barely see a dim light through my living room window!!! She must have either walked down the street to look at my window or been window peeking! |

Put a pole up in your back yard with a camera on top of it pointing into her house/yard. Use non-working camera and when she asks tell her it's some measuring gizmo and is actually pointing the other way. Stuff like that. Have some friends pull up to her house dressed like Men in Black and just eyeball the place. |
