The city of pittsburgh is a perfect example. Due to raising taxes, parking rates etc... most people have moved from the city and it lost almost all of its businesses throughout the 90's and 2000's. A lot of those buildings downtown are 50% filled. to park in a garage downtown near your building it will cost 18/day.... |
