So that´s what the hot flashes and night-sweats mean? We´re evolving to the next level beyond reproduction, survival, and ego to the heart chakra?

Speaking for women, why should we be the only gender to experience this "awakening" in the body?

Because when tend to think outside the box. As most men try to be macho etc, which floods their chakras.

LMAO...leave it to a man to dismiss a menopausal awakening as something less than *real*

Try the awakening! - there is NO comparison

Just read the link, and if what was described hadn´t happened to me in the past two years I wouldn´t have believed it. Ah, the mysteries of us women.

I heard kundalini makes your avatar move all by itself too!

1 of none...absolutley not.

Many men experience kundalini awakenings once they integrate their feminine aspect.

MANY women never take the kundalini all the way up with menopause either....all depends on your soul´s evolutionary path.

The article, and the philosophy does not suggest that this is the ONLY way to "awakening".
