At the risk of getting my post deleted or even banned from your threads i'll refrain myself from getting into your questions. So i'll just leave you with this: Pick up the book Alpha Training by Jose Silva and see what you can make of that. Don't get his daughters work. After Jose died she pretty much f***ed up everything he created. She edited and commercialized it just to make a quick buck.
