Why are they only predicting a 2% to 3% raise in the price of groceries? I thought I read that it would be increasing much more, like 40% to 55%? I mean, 3% is not that much when you look at how much something costs...Like sugar. A 25# bag of sugar costs $13 where I live. A 3% raise would be 39 cents more for the whole thing.

How can they say there is only going to be this small raise in prices when others are screaming that we are having global food shortages?
