LOL this is a drop in the bucket!
What about the billions in federal funding doled out to anyone with the right pedigree to study things like sexual habits of rats ?
What about 'tax incentives' for sending jobs overseas?
The little guy figures out a loophole to get a few crumbs and you all go balistic, but you never see that the rich are the biggest fattest leeches out there.

Not sure about SSI, but I know that the government treats the old folks, our ancestors, who worked their asses off for years, like crap. My mom, for example, worked her whole life since since she was 14 years old . Now she caN'T even get enough money to eat off of. She had to survive off of getting an extra job at the age of 70 or so. Don't you see ever see alot of old folks still out there working. God bless them, but the money the gov spends on other things is so much more. ? Piddlings it is that the poor folk get. Leave them alone, it';'s a small loophole intended for the poor folk, and elderly to literally be able to live like humans and not like the rats.
