sleepless night anyone (not including insomniacs)?
something kept jerking me awake all night...such a strange and odd feeling, usually I am a sound sleeper, last couple days have been getting progressively worse.

can you relate to this?!

Yes.

Awfully tired at work today.

I don't know...just bad vibes out there in the
commonly sanctioned reality.

When it happens to me, it's sleep apnea of sorts. I sorta wake myself up at times during a mild snore.

Re: sleepless night anyone (not including insomniacs)?
last night was so fucking strange, i'm still a little disturbed....

i woke up at 2:13am and had the creepiest feeling as if someone was in my house, I got up looked around- got some water and went back to bed. 5 min later I hear my son scream out in his sleep "stop stop stop!!", I go check on him...he seems fine, still sleeping. Went back to bed again, not 2 min later my other son lets out a blood curdling scream...I ran in there to find him thrashing about but, still sleeping.

Once again, I return to bed totally weirded out, as soon as I go back to sleep I fall immediately into a dream of dark figures clawing at my windows- felt like it went on for an hour, but I woke up to find that it was only 2:43am.

I laid awake for the next hour, and feel like I slept with one eye open for the rest of the night.

Re: sleepless night anyone (not including insomniacs)?
had an interesting dream last night.....

i was sitting in a garden with my grandmother (later on there were several more people, not sure where they came from, never noticed them join us)

I looked up to sky and saw 2 suns, I asked my grandma if she saw it too...she gave me a knowing look but didnt say a word.
I looked up again and there 3, then 4, then 5, I kept asking her if she was seeing this- she never looked up, never said a word and just smiled.
On the opposite side of the sky a holographic, map? (for lack of better terms) appeared with a stop sign, arrows, and various other symbols that i can't recall, by this time I was yelling at my grandma to look up- I remember saying "please just look, so i know i'm not crazy...hurry before its gone!!".
Finally she looked up but seemed rather unphased by it and just kept digging in the garden. It quickly started to cloud over in that area, and in another part of the sky there was a bright spinning almost saturn like planet?

By this point all the other people were there and everyone was focused on this amazing sight. There was something headed towards this spinning star, I asked out loud if maybe it was a nuke and someone, though i dont know who replied knowingly what it was. I cannot recall for the life of me what they said though...the planet got larger and brighter once this object hit it, and started fading in and out like it was a digital glitch?! the sky went immediately pitch dark and we all rushed into the house.

thats all I remember, there was a lot more detail to this dream but I feel at loss for words describing it accurately.

very odd dream.

I did ask before I went to sleep lastnight for a vision of the days to come, and this is what was given to me. hf

Have not slept well in weeks. Constantly waking up every hour or two. "Jerked awake" is a good description. Nothing particular bothering me or on my mind either. Funny thing is, once I decide to just get up and start my day, I'm not tired - even on three to four hours of sleep.

For me? This is strange.

lol thats how it is for me. I barely slept last night as is the norm lately. Sun came up and I decide rather than spend all day trying to get sleep might as well just mess around on GLP. not really tired at all.
