I had a similar experience to what ^TrInItY^ had when he wrote his thread, ´I Am´.


One day I sat in the high school cafeteria reading the book, ´In Tune with the Infinite´. As I was reading paragraphs in the book my head felt as if it were expanding with the light which was coming from the pages. My vision of people and objects in the room was tinged with this heightened sense of white light which was around everything. So powerful was the light which was coming from the book, that I had to stop reading at intervals to allow the pressure of the light to subside, and to assimilate the ideas which were being read..

Ideas can affect one even physically, and initially the body needs time to adjust to the heightened vibration..
