It's normal for them to have "tremors", but the area has been registering 5.0's lately. Article about the Puerto Rico trench. [link to woodshole.er.usgs.gov] It's a "heavy activity" area, where 4.0 and 5.0 is the norm, but anything over 7.0 and the word "tsunami" gets uttered, much like the one in 1918 that killed about 70 people. It's always normal to feel a little movement down in that area, but Mag 3's and over at a constant... I want to look more into that.
