Video is WRONG. When the EMP hits it will take at a minimum 10 YEARS to get the grid back up - this is assuming everyone works together in peace. However, projections, and containment scenarios show that people will go ape shit. Now you know why the elites and CoG protocol is building deep under ground bunkers...
It depends what it exactly takes out. If it takes out transformers (say, New York sized transformers), we are talking more than 10 years in many areas. It takes over 6 months to build just one of those bad boys. And that's if there is energy to run the plants to build them...
