No it doesn't sound like God to me either...all my life I have been a baptist...was baptized...but there was always this thought in the back of my head...since I was a young teenager...what if someone wrote the bible just to make us do what they want us to...to rule us..and to me...God forgive me if I'm wrong...it seems as thou' the bible is just the play book for the powers to be...if you know what I mean...
