My 455 lb bench press.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1018942
yeah yeah bench press. what fucking situation in real life are you gonna bench press something? Bench press is a fake ass barometer of strength. Military press is the real deal. And the russian military press is the most real of all..
 Quoting: Trench

Ok, then my 225 lb, perfect form, seated behind the neck, military presses, or my 500+ lb, ass to the ground, full squats..take your pic...

BTW, bench press is a great barometer for strength...Heavy bench presses show functional strength in any situation where you'd have to push something, as well as the delt, and tricep involvement...you have no idea what your blabbering about.

I love weak asses who say benching is "fake strength"...how many skinny fucks do you see doing heavy bench work?

dumbass

Hey trench, have you ever heard of Project Appleseed? They are two day rifle shooting clinics put on by the Revolutionary War Veterans Association..Check 'em out at www.RWVA.org.

Cheap..$70.00 for two days of top notch training..

Knowing how to shoot is as important as having something to shoot.
