There has been a lot of excitement over this but really... calm down.

7 million is the number of survivors that is averaged out from a hypothetical epicenter. If there is an EQ on the New Madrid Fault, it will not instantly wipe out everyone in North America, it will drastically affect ONE or TWO major cities ONLY IN A WORST CASE SCENARIO.

7 million is the projected number of potential refugees (bad word for people who are forced from their homes due to natural disaster but that is the word they will use) that would occur during an EQ crisis. FEMA is looking to see where they can secure food/water in every potential disaster area in the case of a New Madrid EQ.

The people in charge like to have projections. That is there is to it. I love me some conspiracy theories... but there isn't one here.

The Canadian Government has been playing "KEEP 3 DAYS OF FOOD AND WATER" commercials for a few years now. FEMA is preparing for what scientists are saying could be coming in a day or in 10 years. I don't see the problem!

If an EQ hit and the U.S government did NOTHING to prepare, it would be a conspiracy because "TPTB LET US ALL DIE. THEY KNEW IT WAS COMING"

All this 36 month shelf life reminds me of some of the CNN footage of the UN trucks in Haiti handing out .gov biscuits and one of the haitians thinking they were expired and warning everyone not to eat them. LMAO ! This was about 7 days post quake and they were being picky about an expiration date (which turned out to be an incorrect assumption, they were not expired ). How many Americans would have just eaten the biscuit? I know I would have.

I can tell you exactly what this is about:
The BOP Gulf of Mexico disaster was just a cover for something much, much larger that is planned for the Gulf.

The other day, somewhere on GLP (I cannot find it again...anybody remember it?) a Navy map, of what the U.S. would look like after serious Earth changes, was posted.

It showed America split like a zipper from the Gulf to the Great Lakes. It also showed much of California gone and an inland sea all the way up to Yellowstone. Florida was just a tiny finger.

At the time I thought it curious. And couldn't imagine why the Navy would make such a map.

Then I found this and I realized that the explanation was staring me in the face. The Gulf of Mexico is a seething volcanic bed. If you check out Google Earth you will find a whole string of dormant volcanos all up through Alabama. And there are gas pockets leading from the Gulf across central america, around mexico and up the coast of California to Alaska! The BOP may have been nothing more than a planned show to keep us from looking at the real spill which was only 7 miles away and continuing to this day:



Add FEMA into the mix with its 400 million meals and somebody has something planned pretty big. Like a gigantic explosion that rips the country in two, and lights off the methane pockets that take out the west coast of America. Of course, they aren't going to tell us about it. They don't want us to figure it out, get pissed and stop them from their enterprise.

Now, we all need to ask ourselves: What in the hell are they covering up? AND more importantly, What is the REAL purpose behind this thing?

What I find strange is the time frame for submitting bids !
Document was published on the 20th and cut off date for bids is the 26th. Now, anyone that has worked for the .gov will tell you it usually takes about 6 months to a year to approve a contract. They really must want these supplies bad for them to give a 6 day bid window !


All this means is that somebody's brother has a lot of stock in a company that was forewarned and has a bid ready.
It does seem like they are in a bit of a hurry though..
