Taco bell uses goat meat. No shit. I knew a guy that worked there and he said it's true, goat meat is the cheapest and lowest quality "meat" that "passes" USDA regulations. Goat meat is very hard to digest, not meant for humans.

I've worked for "Taco Hell" (that's what we called it) about 20 years ago.
The meat came in plastic tubes that were boiled. The package said it had bacon in it for flavoring. The muslims never knew it (but loved it). I've often thought about telling them but never did.

Now their food sits on my stomach and you taste it all day. I know there is something strange with the corn shells.

Goat meat is cheap yes.. But it is actually much leaner than beef and better for you.. I don't know where you got your information, but its wrong.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with Taco Bell using goat from a safety/nutritional point of view.. The only reason you all find it disturbing is because its just something your not used to. Goats have sustained humans from meat, dairy, fur, for centuries.

All I can say to this is that the goat-meat tacos and tamales that our Mexican neighbor made when I was a kid were 100 times better than anything from taco bell...
