It is up to you to get yourself out of this cycle. To do this, you must spend as much time as possible raising your frequency so that your energy body and consciousness, along with the physical body you've been given, can leave this particular frequency, permanently, and go to the next one.

Your physical existence is an opportunity for you to experience duality and linear time, that's why you're here, but once you reach early adulthood, you should be spending most of your time trying to ascend to a higher vibratory range. When you get to that next range, you try to increase your frequency even more and go to an even higher range, until you are one with Source. Yes. As we get closer to 12/21/2012, time will start to feel "out of sorts"....it will almost be like so much is happening within such a short period that, in a way, time will feel slower, but you'll also feel a certain acceleration. It's paradoxical.

Life is supposed to be whatever you want to be. It's up to you to free yourself of what you don't want, and seize what you do want, while still maintaining your moral compass and your sense of well-being.

To start off, identify what you want to do with your life, and then, every night, repeat these instructions to yourself for about 15 minutes...eventually, after a period of a few months, you'll start to execute your plan once your subconscious has registered the information...you'll be naturally guided towards your goal, but you have to repeat these instructions to yourself every night for about 15 minutes and continue doing this every day of your life...also, you can change DNA by repeating a set of instructions for 15 minutes every day....DNA is a crystalline structure...cystalline structures conduct energy, electricity, and INFORMATION...so your DNA will respond to information and will adjust if you are consistent and calm and focused and state your intention every day for 15 minutes...DNA will respond to language...DNA is a programmable matrix

DNA is a programmable matrix...DNA is a crystalline structure, and can conduct energy, electricity, or information. So DNA will respond to language (information) if you are consistent and focused and do it every day for 15 minutes. The more you do it, the better you'll be. But 15 minutes per day, in a calm and relaxed state, is enough to create change over time.

As long as you are relaxed, the information will flow to the DNA...DNA is like an antenna, it picks up on information and will change in response to it.

A set of instructions would be, for example, repeating to yourself (say it out loud) every night for 15 minutes:

1) My mind will be more focused and will be able to retain more information than before

your DNA will respond but you have to have serious intent, which is difficult to fake. If you wish to improve yourself physically, your DNA will respond, gradually, as long as you are serious about your intent. The more focused your mind is, the greater the effect.

Humans inability to concentrate and focus is what prevents this process from working perfectly....at a higher vibration, human DNA and work consciousness work perfectly...you can manifest instantly....at this lower vibration, the things you want come incrementally.

The key is to have an absolutely clear, perfect mind, which is almost impossible for an ordinary person at this vibration to do. Just be calm and focused and keep practicing.
