FBI then contacts all mil. installations that keep the stuff laying around (I'm sure dugway isn't the only one) and sure enough..Dugway is a little short. Just my theory, since I live close to Coventry township. They suggested it may be ricin but as of today, have yet to positively identify what it is. |
