Psychopaths have been running the show for millennia. On their own and as tools of the dimensional parasites who feed on pain, suffering, and negative emotions. In the old times the parasites were called demons. Now they are called ETs or reptilians.

Wish I could believe this enough, but I'm not counting on any such luck. I think we need to be able to positively identify psychopaths; quite likely the only way to do so is to be able to show the existence of the human soul, so we will need the tech to do that. I suspect with that ability we will find truly soulless ones and created ones who have been artificially separated from their soul by mind control programs, satanism, family rituals.

Once we can positively identify them we need to prevent them from gaining any position of power or responsibility. That's short term: long term we need to find a way to prevent them from incarnating on this planet, period.
