I just got done reading Martha Stout's Psychopath Next Door, she has really good tips in identifying them, but it isn't easy.
If TSHTF and we are under hard survival conditions, I wont tolerate any of these psycho people around my family, so I am now actively learning as much as I can about them so I am ready. Like Sun Tzu says, you have to know your enemy as well as yourself.
