It wouldn't surprise me. Perhaps this is one of the big secrets in these secret societies. I always thought the Georgia Guidestones were more a guide to future generations after some kind of global apocalypse than a desire to "cull humanity". If TPTB had wanted to kill off most of us I think they'd have done so a long time ago. It's clear they are preparing for survival from some event though so this would fit with that. Time will tell I guess.
