She is gonna let them know that "Operation Gas Oven" (the roundup of dissidents for FEMA camps) is about to begin and she is getting all of the ambassadors on the same sheet of music for when other countries start asking questions.

So my question is...what are "Front Line States". Also curious whey this ISN'T normally done. According to this article, the U.S. Ambassadors have NEVER been called together for a global assessment ("unprecedented")!
