I don't think nuts should be combined with chicken. That's just evil. Stop it.

I actually like the least of all the chinese dishes. Mainly whent he place is cheap and loads up on the nuts and celery and cheaps on the meat and water chestnuts.

Haven't had it in ages .... maybe I'll order some tonight.

Right now its gotta be korma masala chicken.

"Dragon Tongue"....its really whole sole panfried then steamed with chinese vegetables.....I also love the goat stew.....its cooked in a earthen crock with mushrooms, bean curd, and ginkgo nuts....hearty cold weather dish....

I usually just get Shrimp and Broccoli in Garlic Sauce, Mu Shu Chicken, Chicken and Broccoli in Schezuan Sauce, Singapore Mai Fun or Chow Fun in certain places. Also I like General Tsao's Chicken and Sesame Chicken. Yum, yum!!!

Do you use chop sticks, or tweezers?

there is no name for the dishes that i eat.

there is a place that allows me to pick ingredients, spices,
and cooking sauces then hand it all to the cook.
(it kind of looks like a salad bar.)

after stir frying, a waitress brings it to my table.
