The defendant, an attorney, was disbarred. Be careful who you fuck with. This rabbit hole goes very deep. |

I've been all the way to the bottom of it bro! I'm as they say "Bomb-proof!" Been through the British Courts attempting to serve 13 arrest warrants on the British Cabinet of 2002. Have notified Interpol of arrest warrants for Blair Bush et al and have sent complete set of docts to USDOJ. I'm walking tall, proud and will never be hobbled. there is only ever one enemy - and that's the FEAR you try to warn to to keep. It's gone and so soon are they!! May All Things Be Auspicious! So is your car, boat and everything else you have on credit. I practiced law for many years and was married into a very political family before a divorce and political attacks began . . . so I know a lot about TPTB and their playbook. So now we're talking prior Court decisions . . . First, state court decisions are not binding on any other state. If it's just a Trial Court, it's not even binding in the same state. Appellate Court decision are binding in the same state. Judges often "respect" other judges and rule the same way out of what's called comity but when there is big $$$ and TPTB involved, all bets are off. Same with Federal Courts. The 1st Circuit Court of Appeals decisions are only truly binding in that Circuit. For example, Ninth Circuit decisions out of California are not binding at all in a Federal Court in Florida, Texas, Ohio, New York, etc. ALL judges are politicians in black robes and have sworn their allegiance to the ones who put them on the bench. TPTB collect and trade their judges who will ALWAYS answer to their "Masters." The biggest thing none of them want anyone to know about is JURY NULLIFICATION. It's the last, best hope of us peons. If a jury is demanded, it gets to decide the facts AND the law applied to the case before it. I would like to watch each and every foreclosure taken before a jury and we should see about 90% or more decided in favor of the people. You can send me PMs (I guess) as I don't troll threads I comment on so I won't see any questions. Good Luck! |

ERGO:- "If money does not have the value it purports to have on its face, it cannot be legal tender." In other words, if the Federal Reserve Note says it's 1 Dollar and it's value is not equal to 371.25 grains of .999 fine silver as is mandated by the 1792 Coinage Act, (1 Stat.), it's not conforming to the "statute" (a written law passed by a legislative body, ie., Congress) and, therefore, NOT legal tender no matter what has been advanced by Public Policy! So is your car, boat and everything else you have on credit. These cases were recently cited in Sneed v. Chase Home Fin. LLC, 2007 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 46536, 2007 WL 1851674 (S.D. Cal. June 26, 2007). The court noted the frivolous nature of the plaintiff's argument relying on these cases and went on to say: Furthermore, the Minnesota cases cited by Plaintiff are not only unreported, but they have been vacated by the Minnesota Supreme Court in reported decisions. See In re Daly, 284 Minn. 567, 171 N.W.2d 818; Zurn v. Northwestern Nat. Bank of Minneapolis, 170 N.W.2d 600, 284 Minn. 573 (Minn. 1969); Daly v. Savage State Bank, 171 N.W.2d 218, 218, 285 Minn. 503, 503 (Minn. 1969). Plaintiff is hereby admonished she must not cite any decision under which Justice Martin Mahoney purported to question the validity of federal currency or the Constitutionality of the Federal Reserve Act, nor may she cite any opinion or decision as authoritative which no longer has authoritative status. |
