WTF: SUN WHAT? SOHO Data offline again and solar activity concern
Another thread was started a bit ago about activity and a report at [link to www.paceweather.com.] However, they report slow and little at that site. Now I checked the current LASCO C2 and C3 to find out they are offline since yesterday.

[link to sohodata.nascom.nasa.gov]

Can someone check the magnetic field activity at another site?

Sorry about the bad link. I meant that [link to www.spaceweather.com] but they are slow to report anyway so it would be nice to get other sources for this information.

Can anyone verify?

Re: WTF: SUN WHAT? SOHO Data offline again and solar activity concern
Space weather prediction center gives warnings so different companies, organizations, and governments can put their satellites into hibernation mode, only the bare essentials operating, otherwise they get the problem known as "static loading",iirc the name, basically overloads circuits.

I don't know if it's causing your problem, but it's common to power down birds, and I would assume data gaps during these times.
