I'm making my Nacho pizzas.....dinner plate sized fried corn tortillas smeared with a layer of refried beans, topped with chopped olives, green onions, tomatos, bell peppers, onions and various cheeses....melt cheese in broiler and serve...sour cream and salsa to taste...

Nice thing is the ingredients are chopped up ahead of time and people can assemble their own...whenever they feel like one...

just remember to have air freshener and beano handy....

Well thanks for bringing this up. I hadn't thought about it much.

I have an elk flank that I have been wondering when to do something with it. Just maybe. We have a couple of friends coming over. Hummm, that just might fill the bill. with some home made tom & jerry's.
Fishing and skiing keeps me a little sane.

I saw one of those hidden video shows one time and there was a clip of a Bronkos fan blowing a snot into some dip and the Packer fan dipped in it. Make sure you dont have any fans there rooting for the "wrong" team!

Re: Superbowl Food Thread!
Every year we normally have a crawfish boil, gumbo and red beans and rice but we moved to the middle of nowhere and now we can't get the supplies we'd need (at least the quality) or have enough local friends to help us eat it. We'll probably have 7 layer dip, hot wings, and I had some venison made into summer sausage so I guess I'll serve some of that with a cheese and cracker tray, oh, just thought I have to have stuffed jalapenos, I love those too much - cancel the summer sausage....

I went but it's been a really long time ago. I don't remember where I flew first but then they marched a few of us out to a tarmac where we got into what I thought was an antique plane - it was an interesting flight.
