John the baptist was on DMT. He lived on " locusts and honey" according to the bible if you look up information about locusts, it is a pod that comes from the acacia tree. The acacia tree is what is commonly represented in art work depicting John the Baptist. If you look up info on the acacia tree, the honey that comes from bees that use this tree to make their honey, it is especially sweet. Then if you will look up acacia tree and DMT you will find that the acacia tree pods have DMT in them. But dont take my word for it. Research this yourself and you will find it is true.

I wrote it in detail in my signature. I was low functioning autistic as a child, and one of the things they did to me was 'exorcise' me repeatedly. By LAYING ON HANDS.

On an autistic person... and they DID KNOW I didn't like to be touched. But that was the demons, you know...

It's at the link on ritual abuse. I would see which chapter the seventh day adventist stuff is on, but the truth is that the ritual satanic abuse (actually connected to the government, I have reason to believe) was done by people who were publicly fundamentalist baptists (think westboro baptist crap).

So how did you overcome your autism? Can you explain more about why you considered them touching you as torture? Not to make light of autism, but it's hard to understand for those of us who dont have autism what it was like. If you care to share... If you don't want to talk about it I understand.

Well, there are layers of reasons why it was torturous. However, there are other things they did.

But, touching for an autistic person is very stimulating. We are already over-stimulated. Cold, for example, makes my joints ache with pain. Heat makes me feel lethargic and nauseous. I am aware of my clothes. I cannot be snuck up on, because I'm too aware of everything around me. I do not sleep through anything that happens, pretty much. I mean, storms or stuff like that without lightning, but any new sound introduced will wake me.

So I have an excess of stimulation to begin with. Then you add in touching, and it actually over-activates my nerves. It can HURT when (for example) my husband does something as simple as swatting my butt, poking me (gently, he's never rough) to get my attention, tapping on me in time to music, or even giving me a hug when I'm over-stimulated.

Now, there was the pain associated with touching for me, but there was also the fact that they tied me down. You have to tie down an autistic if you are going to be touching them like that. As an adult, I could control myself, but as a child I could not. I would have (and did the first time) lashed out with terror and rage.

BUT, I had associations that were extremely terrible with being tied down. I had been brutally raped as a child in a ritualistic manner. Raped badly enough that I couldn't sit for days--and regularly. Strapped down and sexually assaulted at age 3 by adults is terrifying. This being tied down and no matter how much I begged and pleaded not being allowed to get up, not being allowed to self-pacify... it was terrifying and painful.

They were convinced I was so distressed and didn't want to be touched because I was possessed... but it was just because I was terrified and hurting. And they wouldn't even let me do the things that will help lower my level of misery like tapping my fingers and bouncing my leg up and down.

There were layers of this that were terrifying for me, but the fact that NO ONE THERE defended me, they ALL touched me, and NONE would listen to my pleas added to the terror and the reminder of the previous experiences.

The level of my terror cannot be downplayed, because not only had I been raped, but I had been forced to watch other children be abused. Raped, beaten so badly they literally had skin hanging off of them and exposed bone. Some were killed for their disobedience or to try to coerce my cooperation.

So there I am, tied down again with a bunch of adults looming over me.

AND they were touching me. And chanting (a prayer).

Don't ask me who the demons were... you wouldn't like my answer.

Oh, as far as overcoming the autism, I just decided one day that I wanted to be "normal". Everyone else seemed to think it was fabulous, so I put all of my effort into understanding people and their interactions with each other. I have a formidable talent for systems and mechanics. I see human interaction sort of a system. When I did that, I began to be able to function well enough in society that most people in RL have zero idea I am autistic at all.

There are still many things I have a hard time understanding, yet I can mimic them fairly well. I have not yet mastered the pretense of niceness towards people I dislike, however.

If you're describing Aspergers Syndrome Sandi, we have that in common.

It's low-level Autism for those that don't know and I can relate to Sandi's last post. I consider it both my greatest blessing and my biggest curse.

I am rarely as bothered as most people think I am. I might call someone a shithead, for example, but there's no real wind behind it.

I can say the same things in RL that I say online, and people react to it completely differently.

Communication in general is extremely difficult for me. I can write at an incredible speed... BUT, it's labor for me to communicate.

I write stories, and I really enjoy doing it. I can crank out a 124k word story in a few short weeks. BUT, it's mental labor for me.

It's hard enough for me to talk without me trying to find an non-offensive, sweet way to say things. I recognize this upsets a lot of people, but I know my limits and I know that what is easy for a lot of people to say takes me a lot of mental effort to get organized into its basic form.

Then a lot of people want me to take that basic form and expend yet more energy in trying to find a way to say it that will please everyone. It doesn't work, so I finally realized that there are some things that will simply elude me.

It's hard to accept, but there does seem to be a ceiling on my ability to "hide" this thing.

I'm so sorry about what you went through as a child and I am so happy to hear that you triumphed over that evil and abuse. I studied the bible as literature in college and was surprised to learn how much metaphor and allusion there is in the bible. The Hebrews used a lot of literary techniques in the OT such as the acrostic. There is a lot of hidden meaning in the bible because the Hebrew language is also a 3 dimensional language. Their alphabet is also numeric and also represents hand signs. In my opinion all literature is 'inspired'. All people are 'inspired', since we all have the Holy Spirit within us. We all live move and have our being in God. So everything is a reflection of the spirit within. It wasn't until later that I understood the bible from a Christian perspective (rather than just a literary perspective). It does have a lot of spiritual depth and meaning, especially the New Testament. Everything is an illumination of the human spirit, our trials and triumphs, pain and suffering... life itself is a 'metaphor' and anyone who has experienced synchronicities in life knows what I'm talking about... how life teaches you lessons. My view of God is that God is not bounded by the walls of division like we are and is expressed in everything and everyone as much as God is given sway in a persons life. I personally don't think that the Urantia book has the kind of depth that the bible has. I only read part of the Urantia book, I did not resonate very well with it, so I didn't read the whole thing. But the Urantia book just reads with a straightforward surface level understanding... there is no depth or literary technique at all in it. There are many spiritual writings that are much more mystical.

I see the bible as a history of mankind's perception of God and the historical relationship within that perception. I think it is a mistake that Christians make to put blinders on and not study and learn about various perspectives and beliefs, because not any one religion has all the truth, but together we could put the pieces of the puzzle together. You would see the beauty of the human spirit, the diversity and beauty of the many facets of the spirit. I don't believe God is selective in grace to only Christians and have seen many inspired people from all walks of life and beliefs.

Your words make a lot of sense, it would be nice if people would take the time to get to know one another before making such accusations, and I think this makes this topic not exactly 'off topic' because some Christians tend to make judgments based on fear of the unknown... your childhood as a perfect exmple and then 'demonizing' that person or thing, because they fail to seek a true understanding at a deeper level... that the human spirit and psyche is incredibly complex, consciousness is complex, the mind is incredible. Really getting to know someone or something deeply before making any judgments about it... but their fear of the unknown and their choice to only look at things through one blind-sighted perspective actually distorts the truth.
