Get over your anger.It is not what that book tries to teach is it? I merely suggested that I could not relate to it.Lots of things have happened since then and perhaps I would relate better now. However it was around $30.00 in stores near me.$30.00 is a lot when you can get it free at the library.
As far as the post from the Hindu person, very well done and informative! I do respect what you have said.
The important thing is we remember different strokes for different folks.
I have heard Jesus described as an Avatar, otherworldly Master from elsewhere who came here to help.And that does fit also.
No need to be angry because I did not dig the book.There will be many who don't understand it.
IT is better to bless and love than go ballistic over your fave book.
I personally am turned off by any book that starts out hinting that you must be very enlightened to be reading it.I have seen this done a number of times and it is a blatant appeal to our ego and pride.
Enlightenment is not always found in books, but rather can be found all around us if you are open to it. I also look for who is publishing and who is the author and neither one was so apparent.

Again just my experience of the book.No need to be angry unless you feel rejected by others rejecting the book.Has it impacted your life in a good way?
