What if the Rolling Blackouts in Texas are due to...

It's because energy traders have figured out that the price spikes after the black out... more blackouts mean more money for them. We consume more power during the summer, what they are doing now is a joke.

Natural gas is used more for heating in Texas than electricity. Wonder whats going to happen this summer with rolling blackouts since A/C is almost 100% tied to electicity? Most all power plants in Texas are run by coal. You know what Obama thinks about that I hope.

And the same thought had occurred to me already regarding natural gas. I even mentioned it to my husband.

but I'm a doomer, so of course I started thinking of other reasons for the blackouts... and what just sort of popped into my brain at lunch today was that theya re bringing the bunkers online now (since DOOM is imminent... isn't it always? ) and they are working out the kinks before they have to pack them full of smelly old rich people.
