Help! This addiction is destroying my life! Please help me break free!

I can't help it, and it's interefeering with ever fascet of my daily rutine.

Basically I am addicted to air, I can't stop breathing!

Ive had to deal with this problem since I was born, I was labled an aerobiphilliac and I have lived with this shamefull title for my entire life.

I have tried so many times to quit, once I stopped breathing for 5 minutes, bu I coulnt get past that mark becuase I would pass out from the air withdrawal symptoms that include dizzyness and convultions, yes it's that bad.

As 2012 aproaches my addiction has the potetial to become deadly, I can no longe pretend and be in denial about it. Since I live in new York basically on an island, I am directly in the path of the 2012 tsunamy (which will hit according to all GLP research and documentaries like the day after or the movie 2012 and other prophecies).

if I can't kick the habbit by then As soon as the wave hits I will no longer have air and will have to stop breathing which will lead to immediate death from air withdrawal.

Any persons that survived or battled this addiction please let me know how you did it, or if your a Christian please pray so that GOD may help me with this problem.
