It would probably be more accurate to say "Why college women really do love self-obsessed psychopaths". Although it definitely applies somewhat, to all women. Women tend to want that 'sweet and caring' guy when they want to settle down. So yea, it sucks for 'nice' guys at younger ages, but they'll get some used up trash bag after college...kidding!
