I am confused. It sounds like many of the same people that condemn violence also support the Constitutional right bear arms... but that makes no sense. The right to bear arms was not created so that American's could be good duck hunters. It was to defend oneself... with force, aka violence. If you are against violence then turn in your tools of violence for you will never have any use for them, no matter how much you are oppressed.

If you you feel you need to keep your guns, then you obviously feel there is a line that when crossed will move you to take arms to defends your freedom, your country or your life. Many people are beginning to feel that the government is as bad, or worse, that thieves that break into your house and steal everything... including your house! Or worse than the criminal extortionists and blackmailers. Who is the one that has the right, or the wisdom, to decide what is ok, or not ok, for everyone else?

So the difference seems to be WHERE that line is drawn. Some people feel NOW is the time to fight back. Some will wait until they are helpless and weak, packed into FEMA Camps. Many will just die slowly and never fight back.

What is most ironic is to hear someone call for the violent slaughter of all those who are violent.
