Anyone been to Lewes Delaware lately? Their building houses like freaking nuts!
45 minute drive from my home to here. My wife and I love history so we got away to Lewes on an escape from our biz today.

Holy freaking crap! The home building here is cranking up like mad. We drove in one upscale development and there are DOZENS of high end homes either just built or still under construction. It looked like 2005 I kid you not.

Amazing to see in this shit economy!
