This was mentioned on the History channel show about UFO's.

The hijacking of this radio station, and all of its syndicated radio towers, was not terrestrially possible during that era. unless Tesla's offspring had his own tower right next to the OG tower that foreshadowed this transmission. It is what it is.

I agree with the electronics engineer who says the distortion is weird. It could've been done with a vocoder - the emotionless voice is close to what most people thought aliens sounded like! - and the pronounciation is roughly British English. The word "evolution" sounds more British than American (for instance).

However the regular pulsing in the background and other features are very strange. Sounds like a carrier wave or something similar?

It may be totally unrelated, but in August 1977 the "Wow Signal" was received at Ohio State University. Was it connected somehow with the broadcast?

He was urging us to align in harmony with each other,

there was no validity to the advice of living in harmony
with the Earth an each other.
Humans are the only intelligent life there is.
