Is it normal to be terrified of "Greys"?
Hello all, i'd like to start with a little introduction as I am new to the site and state that this is a very real topic so please read what I have to say fully and resist the urge to post pictures. I would appreciate it very much.

My name is Sam, i'm a 49 year old Australian living out in the bush. I have feared greys ever since I had 1 episode of sleep paralysis a couple years back and yet there is nothing to suggest the two subjects are related, I know they aren't. The doctor I saw said it will happen on average once or twice in a lifetime - perfectly normal.
It has gotten to the point where this fear is embarrassing and restricting me, I can't tell my family of my fear yet I would rather stay up all night than get out of bed and walk to the outhouse.

I just don't understand it, it is just the appearance of them that gets to me I might add. No other alien bothers me but if I see an image of a grey I break into a sweat and have to be around someone in order to calm down, much like an anxiety attack. I do think to myself quite often if I should get some "professional" help but life is fantastic if I am not thinking of greys.
I have a beautiful family who see me as normal (for the most part, lol) and have no idea about this so i'm just putting it down as a deep phobia, I will not deny that my thoughts sometimes link my 10 second bout of paralysis to Greys though.
I had read that allot of members who visit GLP are knowlagable about aliens and so I figured I would share my problem with you all before I decide to see a shrink. I am grown up enough to accept your insults as I do understand this may come accross as pathetic but please do not post pictures of greys as I do want to read your replies without my heart racing. I AM 100% SERIOUS.

My questions to anyone kind enough to reply are:

Is it normal to fear Greys?
Does anyone beleive Greys exist? and if so do you view them as evil?
Should I man up and accept I need to get help?

Many thanks in advance grinning
Sam.

I fear grays, and it's more than fear, it's an expectation. I almost truly expect to see them coming through my bedroom door or window as I lay in bed at night, almost expect them to rip off my covers and then feel their oddly strong hands grip me with the long fingers that don't seem to have any bones and drag me off to their ship.

It's hard to sleep like that.

Yes

Lots of people on here believe in them, and claim to have had encounters.

They arenít evil; they just donít view people as equals so they can be kind of ruthless.

I bet if you learned more about them you wouldnít be as afraid of them. But then again it could make it worse considering how fucking creepy they are even to those who know about them.

I can't learn about them because every website seems to have images with the info :(
I'd love to read up on them if someone can show me a website without images.

If you can handle little cartoon Smiley versions of them then check these out.

And FYI thereís like 100 different aliens other than Grays. Some of which are supposedly in charge of them.

There is an Emptiness inside us all born of the unknown. From it emanates the pain, hatred, fear and all the things that plague yet ultimately define the Human race.

It is those of us who seek and explore this void that are considered Awake. And those few, who have survived the journey and begun to comprehend its mysteries, that are what we regard as Enlightened.

I can remember when I first saw the film 'Communion' I couldn't sleep for a week.
I got over that then read a book called 'close encounters of the forth kind' jeeeez that freaked me out.

i no longer fear them now though.

Go for hypnosis just to see if there is something in your subconscious and then get them to help you deal with the painful memories..much like you would deal with a phobia.

Even if it is all BS, itís really interesting. You might want to try and desensitize yourself to the Grey picks though because they pop up allot.

I can give you a dozen more sites but they all have picks if you want um.

Since you have no actual personal experience with them nor direct proof, then to fear them is delusion paranoia.

Maybe you should get checked for a brain tumor, or stop abusing drugs.

I have tried so hard to, I printed out a couple pictures late last year. One was that alien they did an autopsy on and the other was a grey. They both get to me, I have to constantly check my back as I feel they are watching me every time I look at the images. Was that autopsy alien considered a grey? it's something about the eyes I think...

I know it is weak and stupid but I don't think I have the will power to heal myself.

I may be paranoid but I bottle it up as I'm ashamed, you're correct about that.

Hey, OP go through this thread...the key to overcoming this is through knowledge. As long as you stay uninformed you will be fearful. This thread will help you!

Thread: THE ARCHONS ... The Gnostic Theory of Alien Intrusion

These "greys" thrive on fear, and other variations of extreme emotion. When I first began my search for knowledge these guys came after me. When I responded with love their increased their attacks...when I kept giving them the love response they eventually went away.

Take away their fuel...

Hey, they're great to sit down with, have a couple beers, start telling telepathic jokes you don't understand but laughing your head off. "Course, then they gotta get to work, stripping you naked, sticking probes up your nose and ass, and showing you some slug-looking fetus and saying, "Look! You're a father!"

Re: Is it normal to be terrified of "Greys"?
The paralysis isn't only associated with 'aliens'.
The other night I was paralyzed in my sleep, but alert.
My old dead cat, fireball, was right next to my head.

The cat must hold a grudge, because the next thing I knew, he was pissing on my head. Since I was paralyzed there was nothing I could do to shake him off. I finally managed to levitate off the bed to shake him loose and wake up.

Since this is a true dream, I am both a little worried about being marked by the dead, but also a little relieved that there is some humor in all this too.

Sometimes we just need to roll with it all.

Humor, yes! OP I have been abducted lifelong. Can't even tell you how many times I've awakened screaming, seeing those faces. When I read the book Communion I had to throw it out in the hallway and slam my door before I could sleep. It's a very hard way to live; balancing a normal facade to the world while knowing in your heart that this whole other secret life is happening to you and you never know when they will come again. Not being able to tell even your spouse.

What I have learned -- they do not understand fear the way we do. They sincerely do not mean us harm or we would be dead already. They are trying to reach out and communicate and do not understand why we scream and thrash and get so terrified. Even now, at age 53, I have come to understand and know that they are compassionate and intelligent and they love this planet and want us to take better care of it, but sometimes when they approach me at a certain stage of sleep I still scream in utter terror. It's the fact of being safe and warm and cozy in your own home in your own bed and suddenly having something alien staring into your eyes. It's a human instinct to feel terror from that. You are perfectly normal.

If you can get past the fear (most of the time anyway) you will get to a point where you can telepathically communicate with them and learn much. I always ask them if they come in the consciousness of the Christ Spirit, if they come in the Light and Love, and if they do not I demand that they leave. This way I am only in contact with positive benevolent beings. And yes, that's what they are to me. I believe they are here to aid the Earth in its passage through an upcoming difficult time. If they have chosen you, then you are important to them and have a role to play in the near future with helping Mother Earth.
