There was a civil danger warning just posted on my tv for Rolla, Missouri. I cant find any information online about it..does anyone know what this means!!! It went across the top of the screen in red, like a storm warning, but we have no storms..clear as a bell.

A warning comes up, you hear the tones, you come running in and miss half of it and then there is NO where to go online to check and see exactly why you heard the emergency warning in the first place.
