Sudafed purchase DENIED!

On March 2nd you were suspect of purchasing more than 9 grams per month? Calendar month? Damn, yo. Do you actually take it for allergies/congestion? Because there's 240mg in a 24 hour pill, so really in a typical month you'd only need 7200mg or 7.2g. I take it everyday too because I am allergic to almost everything outside, and I've never been suspect of purchasing more than the legal limit. The stores keep a log of what you buy, if you dispute their claims, have the pharmacy manager check the records. There you go.

Where are you OP. Here in California, Sudafed is an OTC purchase, with no proof of purchase.

I usually take a couple of generic Sudafed a day; have for many years. This is so much bull---the ones I take are the tiny red-coated pills that I think would be a pain in the ass to remove the coating and grind up to make meth. Some Sudafed is uncoated so maybe those are what they use. But then again, I guess the coating would not matter so much when the brew includes bleach, drain opener & and the other stuff they put in that shitty concoction.

Point is, most all meth & raw ingredients are coming in across our open borders. This is just more government harassment and doesn't stop a damned thing.

The OTC Sudafed doesn't include the effective ingredient and doesn't work very well. The real deal is behind the counter and has to be signed for.

Why the hell do you need to purchase so much? I probably have THE WORST allergies in the world, and ONE box of 20-count Claritin gets me through two months, but I only have to buy them during allergy season. If your allergies are that bad you need to go and see a specialist.

its down to pharmacist discretion to even serve it here.there is an upper limit, but no lower limit. eg smelly walks in for first purchase, chemist has right to say, i think your needs arent medicinal, piss off.

LOL. "SudaFed" is the name-brand of an anti allergic reaction medication. But the active ingredient that is used in Meth , and that can can also be found in SudaFed, is pseudoephedrine from the amphetamine family.

If you're really taking Sudafed for your allergies, I used to take Actifed, which is the same thing, but made by a different company, and my doctor switched me years ago to Zirtec. That is fairly expensive, but you can buy its generic relatively cheap. Just look for Cetirzine Hydrochloride tablets, 10 mg.

I bought mine last summer when I was in the US and I forgot to pack my allergy medicine. I got it at Wal-Mart under the name, Equate Allergy Cetirzine Hydrochloride tablets, 10 mg. You can get Cetirzine tablets at Rite-Aide too, if you don't like Wal-Mart, but I don't know what name they go by.

I don't know how it is in the US, but in Norway, they are much cheaper if you get a prescription from a doctor. Mine gives me prescriptions for 3 x 100 tablet boxes, and with that prescription, they are less than one-third the cost, even though they are the same as what is sold over-the-counter.

I like Cirtizine much better than either Sudafed or Actifed.

I don't do meth!!! I have allergies... I hadn't bought Sudafed in ALMOST A MONTH!!! Their computer was clearly mistaken, which takes me b/k to my ORIGINAL QUESTION... if I can get someone here who will listen and not think I am on meth or making it!

Go to another store. shit, I work for the #2 biggest legalized FDA regulated meth lab in the world. Try doing that for a living. They can make fentenyl for like .12 cents a pc and sell that shit for like $30.00 bucks a pop. Somebody is making some damn good money.

Wow I couldn't believe how many people misinterpreted his question with an accusation on him being over his limit. Clearly he says he was _nder his 9g a month and y'all thought he was buying that much?! I can't believe people would think he'd be so stupid to ask for help and" admit" he bought that much at one time! That's what's wrong with society. Wrong. Sudafed is a brand name of a nasal decongestant. It comes in different types now -- those which contain the ingredient used to manufacture Meth, and those which do not.

You should demand to see the records that say you have purchased more than you believe you have.

Make sure you haven't youtubed how to make meth in at least 6 months and then do either ;)

Why not just call Walgreen's and find out what the mix up is and when you may buy more for your allergies? Why do you feel the need to 'raise hell?'

I have the worst allergies in the world around cats and I swear by either claritin or benadryl. Sutafed, ugh. I think you're just a meth head.

Or why not buy a different kind of allergy medicine?
