I hate the system and I hate my job even though I own the business. :( Sometimes when I'm working I catch myself wishing I had a little something to get me through the day and I don't even use drugs and I rarely drink, but I know that a couple glasses of wine makes everything ok. I'm not big on conforming and I'm not impressed with our culture. I hate having to act like I fit in with something I'm so against to earn money--which I also hate, but I have kids to feed and I like indoor plumbing :) so I keep going. Maybe when they move out--if we're still here--I'll take the leap and do something else. If earth is really a classroom, what do we learn in Misery 101? No wonder people look for relief. |
