Solar activity was at moderate levels due to an impulsive M1 flare from newly numbered Region 1652 (N20E74) at 05/0931 UTC. Region 1652 and new Region 1653 (N09E78) are still too close in proximity to the northeast limb for accurate spot classifications. There are currently 14 numbered regions on the visible disk. Slight growth was seen in Regions 1640 (N28W62), 1644 (N15E20), and 1648 (N05E40). Slight decay was observed in Regions 1645 (S14W32) and 1647 (N15W69). No Earth-directed CMEs were observed during the period. A WSA/ENLIL model run was performed on the 04 January CME that likely occurred from Region 1639 (S16W52) first seen in STEREO A COR 2 imagery at 04/0924 UTC. Based on the CMEs location, a glancing blow is possible by late on 08 January. .Forecast... Solar activity is expected to be at low levels with a chance for further M-class flares for the forecast period (06-08 Jan). The most likely Regions for M-class activity are Regions 1640 and 1652. There is no way this is normal. We've got 14SS in view and none fire in between the 60 degree markers. Convective currents and magnetism being drawn to regions. Nasa will have to address this or temporal science will ! We have a proven catalyst of events transpiring, plain as day. Unprecedented has been a favorite word of late for many scientist. Quoting: whiteangel The xray flux should look like a roller coaster of Ms, with big Cs and occasional Xs. We're desensitized to dormancy. The xray flux should be riding a high constant C flux with this many SS, yet we barely break into c. We've got 14 SS earth facing, five should put us into constant C. These spots are convectively channeling energy to the east right now, or the east is at least allowed to behave normaly. I've been researching this for months and its nothing like we've seen in recorded times! I'm aggitated and I apologize, but this is so in your face wrong! “One of the saddest lessons of history is this: If we’ve been bamboozled long enough, we tend to reject any evidence of the bamboozle. Maybe sun is going around a corner Shad and centripetal force is pushing the juice to the 'side'. Or maybe sun is dropping down or vaulting up and centrifugal force pushing the juice to either 'side'.
