Yup, they're all riled up when they are on the way, but as soon as it's time to tango they spot the earth and all the sudden no longer want to fight. Like a middle school bully who finds out the new kid knows jiu jitsu.
Guess earth is pretty intimidating for a pale blue dot?

I thought it was odd that NASA has issued no CME forecast of any kind for this event. For some unknown reason they're sitting this one out. NOAA's forecast was for 14:00z, but it's not unusual for a CME to arrive 6 hours late.

Noaa cme forecast is often if not always 7 hours in front of actual hit.

Eastern limb is firing.

Western limb is firing.

And the middle is taking a snooze!

Please explain, i was under the impression that the density was what is hitting earth now and was seperate from the flares?

The CME from the M flare is almost here, this is what the chart shows.

We are living in a STIMULATED UNIVERSE so it shouldn't surprise anyone that the sun stops pounding humongous eruptions when it's sunspots turn to earth side of the Sol mama.
