Sunspot 1272 in the southern hemisphere continues to shrink in size and 1274 in the north has decayed to a spotless plage. A small new sunspot did rotate into view on the eastern limb and should be numbered 1277 on Wednesday. A small new sunspot was numbered 1276 on Tuesday, but already looks to have faded away. It was located to the east of region 1274. |
