SHARKS Mad-as-Hell about us wrecking the neighborhood-- Bitings will continue
"The extensive area of uninhabitable water may be contributing indirectly to an unusual spate of shark bites along the Texas coast, experts said. "

Thatīs right. The sharks come in close to shore because the agitation of the waves mixes oxygen into the water.

1115, remember where you heard that first?

Lol!

I said that two weeks ago one of the "fish parade" posts.

I also knew oxygen depreivation was causing the migration because of where the fish were swimming, in the highly oxygenated shoreline.

Sharks may actually act in revenge against humans in a violent way if they choose to, and I believe they have before.

BINGO!

The person who said it was oxygen deprivation is absolutely correct.

The fish get as close to the shore as possible because the wave action oxygenates the water at the shore very efficently. They are simply using a route they know instictively will allow them to reach more oxygen rich water.
